What data and why
- Conversation on the Contact page: name, e-mail address and message — to reply and prepare access (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them for the duration of the correspondence and then for up to 12 months, unless we start working together.
- Visit statistics: no cookies and no identification of people — number of page visits, traffic source (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Server logs and site protection: IP address, time and address of the request, browser — to protect against attacks (login attempt blocking, firewall); server logs are deleted after 14 days.
- Update channel: the channel server answers sites asking for new versions; its logs do not record which site is asking.
Recipients
Our server provider (Mikr.us) and e-mail providers (Google — Gmail; messages are sent via Brevo). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability; and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), the Polish supervisory authority.
